  • We are committed to making every order as beautiful and delicious as you imagined. If something isn’t right, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Your joy is our priority—and we’ll always go the extra mile to ensure you’re delighted with your dessert experience.

  • A 50% deposit is required to book your custom cake, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. This helps us reserve your date and bring your design to life with care.

  • Once your deposit is received, we’re unable to accommodate cancellation refunds. You will be issued SweetoothLux credit towards your next order.

    We’re happy to make one change to your order if requested at least 72 hours before the delivery date.

  • For deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time. We understand delays can happen, but we can only wait up to 30 minutes upon arrival. If you need to adjust your delivery time, kindly let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Please note that our baking kitchen has nuts from time to time and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have any allergies or dietary needs, just let us know when ordering so we can guide you safely and make your experience the best it can be.

  • All orders are custom-made, so all sales are final. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may receive store credit, but cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Slight design or color variations may occur, as each item is handcrafted.
